How your details are handled
In plain words. This is the notice required under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, and it applies to anything you send through this site.
What I collect
When you send the form: your name, your mobile number, which option you chose under "where you are right now", the consent box you ticked and the exact wording it carried, the time you sent it, the page you sent it from, and any campaign tags in the address you arrived by. Nothing else. There is no account, no tracking pixel, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
Why
To answer your enquiry, and to be able to show, if ever asked, that you agreed to be contacted. Your consent is what allows me to call or message a Singapore number without first checking it against the Do Not Call Registry, so the record of it is kept for as long as I might contact you.
Who sees it
Me. The form is delivered to my inbox by the company that hosts this site, which stores a copy of each submission as part of that service. If you go on to become a client, the records of your transaction are also kept under my agency's own data protection policy, as the Council for Estate Agencies requires. Your details are not sold, and they are not passed to a mortgage broker, renovation firm, developer or anyone else unless you ask me to introduce you.
How long
For as long as you might want to hear from me, and for as long as the consent record needs to exist. If you tell me to stop, I stop contacting you and delete what I do not have to keep. Records from a completed transaction are kept for the period the regulator requires.
Changing your mind
Reply "stop" to any message, or call or WhatsApp +65 8274 8332. You can also ask what I hold about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted. I will confirm within one working day.
